Pros

- Great company culture, work hard play hard attitude - Focus on service and continuous improvement - When I was there, many team building opportunities like company softball league, bbqs, etc - Promotes change from within. I was able to switch from one department to another when I showed interest.

Cons

- benefits were cut down. When I started, there was a free company clinic with no copay and the dr would give samples of meds to cut down on prescription costs for individual. Not sure how it is now - pay is okay for hospitality industry but not as competitive you do the same thing in a different industry

Lots of training. Great Co-workers. Feels like a big family.

Cons

Some jobs are union and others are not. They don't share employees between departments. On-call positions don't get many benefits.
