Pros

The name goes a long way in terms of an entry on your resume. They provide meals. Employee discount at the spa is easily the best perk. A beautiful place to work.

Cons

The pay is drastically low considering the cost of living. Systems and technologies are a decade behind where they should be. The health benefits are not as good as they describe them to be. The average age of employees is high making it not a great work place for YPs. Training was non existent. HR is extremely inefficient and disorganized. For a company as old as Pebble, there is a level of chaos that should not exist…

Some jobs are union and others are not. They don't share employees between departments. On-call positions don't get many benefits.
