Pros

Plenty of company perks such as free golf, complimentary employee dining, discounts at resort restaurants and retail stores, great health benefits and 401k plan plus company health center, chances to attend world class events at PB throughout the year, holiday party, amazing coworkers, and of course a beautiful location to work!

Cons

None really come to mind other than the company is very traditional in their way of doing things. So, if that's not something that intrigues you about a company, this probably isn't the best fit for you.

Lots of training. Great Co-workers. Feels like a big family.

Cons

Some jobs are union and others are not. They don't share employees between departments. On-call positions don't get many benefits.
