Tons of benefits. Your lunch consists of actual resort style meals. Everyday.

Cons

Much older workforce. The youngest age you may find is about 30. The oldest being 75. Everyone got their job when they were in high school and have stayed in those positions ever since. This also means that there are less available jobs being offered at any given time.

Some jobs are union and others are not. They don't share employees between departments. On-call positions don't get many benefits.
