Clique environment. HR has some toxic leaders who are fine with publicly disciplining people and speaking down to them. You don’t get the proper training and learn by either swimming or sinking. A lot of the times you have to be the one to hunt down information trainers or leaders should be providing. I have been with this company for four years and each year there has been a minimum of 2 lay offs. Super top heavy and paying executives way too much to then let go of those essential workers
