Employees are not Valued!

Pros

401(K) - company matches 50% with employee 3% contribution. Holiday bonus to all employees is nice which is not seen much anymore.

Cons

Employees are not valued. There is little opportunity for internal employees to grow as most managerial/director positions are filled with external or unqualified employees. And after years of dedication and contribution towards the company's success, there is no appreciation and you are let go without cause when you are no longer needed. You cannot confide in their Human Resources department. Employees refuse to seek their advice or help because of their poor reputation. Confidentiality does not exist with them. Everyone knows everyone's business. There is no fairness whatsoever.

Pros

Ok IT department to gain experience as entry level, and move on. For an help desk Analyst you will be working under stress a lot, you will be exposed to a lot of technologies. This job title should be change to a jr sys admin because of the amount of workload and the pressure your are held upon. If you need to gain experience for future career growth and personal development that's the place to be in. The co-workers are great very energetic. These ppl put in the work.

Cons

Honestly, this place is a disaster. They do not promote within. The whole company has revolving positions. They do mass termination periodically. The C- level do not care about what's going in this company. Personel in the HR department is quiting left and right. The company concept is great, but the ppl that are in leadership they just don't care. The personnel who are really working hard to keep it running are under paid. The IT department will let someone go, and have a new hire 2 days later, and a lot of politics in this IT dept, no room to move up.

Pros

There are not pro's to this company. There is no support from leadership or medical director

Cons

Lack of leadership, corporate compliance is a joke, refusal to fix safety issues, refusal to communicate, making decisions and terminating people without cause such as virtual MA's. Lack of support for clinics requiring providers to see an unrealistic number of patients per day
