Toxic company - Anonymous employee Pediatric Associates (FL) Employee Review

Low pay, not the best benefits, constantly taking benefits away like our small $250 Christmas bonus. Very toxic culture with two faced people who are nice to each other’s faces, then talk nasty behind their backs. They give minimum pto time. If you aren’t in the clique you don’t matter. Not much room to grow other than practice manager positions which are few and far between, and under compensated. I would not recommend anyone work here.
