Pros
Free food sometimes, patients. Some coworkers, good hours, e/o wknd off , Most Drs are great to work with. little incentives for employee week.
Cons
Management, teamwork, overall politics and gossip. Unless you brown nose and gossip do not expect to get a promotion. The more obnoxious, unprofessional, and classless you are the better are your chances to move up here. 10 min appt times, constant breakdown of work computers, thermometers, printers etc., constant nagging from the condescending higher ups, and bad attitude from other employees, arguments and gossip is every day. It is a shame, it could be a great place to work in.
