Inadequate pay all around. Getting any pto day was a hassle. Micromanaging Rifs are always happening if the medical office aren’t making money, they get rid of the employees that help get patients in and then hire overseas to get cheap labor for half the cost. They like to run their employees into the dirt. They’d rather have them quit instead of actually listening to them to help the practice values. During a couple a meetings the lead providers and vp of the area were complaining about a “problem provider” because they wanted extra time for their patients. And the solution was to continue to overbook their schedule in hopes that they would quit.
