Pros

Incredible training. We had a great team of trainers who stayed for as long as we felt we needed there help.

Cons

There is not a whole lot of opportunity to advance at the practice. Any advancements would likely require moving to where there division or corporate headquarters are located.

Pros

The only positive thing about this job is the friends I have made at the hospital and being able to work with newborns everyday.

Cons

Everything about management. You will be given a million things to do that should be a managers job but they will expect you to do it with no additional pay. There is absolutely no appreciation from management, either.
