Pros
-I love the babies and families -flexible hours -non-stressful environment -you get to work on your own and at your own pace -it is simple to get the hang of - it is fulfilling working in a hospital and being a part of a families big moment I love this job but as far as the social aspect goes it really depends on who you work with in your specific hospital and who your coordinator is.
Cons
-some co-workers just do not want to work. I have had many babies roll over to my shift because the morning shift was lazy or just left early. - there should be more structure when it comes to employees who leave way to early over and over again - not many co-workers are professional - a lot of gossip including talking about how they can't wait to quit (this job is awesome so if you are not thankful for it then just leave) - requesting off all the time - not sure what benefits are offered for part time
