Pros

Lots of talent, great potential for the company to continue to develop and accomplish major goals. Decent pay, good employee focus.

Cons

Can be very bureaucratic, rapid growth in anesthesia division has made it difficult to get anything accomplished due to lack of resources (this might be more of an opportunity than a negative assessment, but it can at times be very frustrating)

Pros

The only positive thing about this job is the friends I have made at the hospital and being able to work with newborns everyday.

Cons

Everything about management. You will be given a million things to do that should be a managers job but they will expect you to do it with no additional pay. There is absolutely no appreciation from management, either.
