Friendly people to work with.

I am hourly so not enough shifts to work.

The only positive thing about this job is the friends I have made at the hospital and being able to work with newborns everyday.

Everything about management. You will be given a million things to do that should be a managers job but they will expect you to do it with no additional pay. There is absolutely no appreciation from management, either.
