Pediatrix, at the corporate level, needs some work. It’s hard to keep people employed when they are not valued. I had no complaints, but I watched people leave almost as quickly as they came in because we were so understaffed and not able to provide quality training and pay a quality salary in hopes that people would stick around. Pediatrix expects solid, quality work but they don’t want to pay people what they are worth. They are not concerned that practices are suffering because they are so understaffed.
