Pros

The best reasons to work at Pediatrix Medical is the fact that I get to see all of the different babies all the time and I enjoy making the parents happy when they hear their new baby has passed the test.

Cons

One downside for working at Pediatrix Medical is that my fellow employee is not always corroperative when it comes to working a flexible schedule.

Pros

The only positive thing about this job is the friends I have made at the hospital and being able to work with newborns everyday.

Cons

Everything about management. You will be given a million things to do that should be a managers job but they will expect you to do it with no additional pay. There is absolutely no appreciation from management, either.
