5 minute commute, working with some of the care staff, some or the employees

Cons

Dysfunctional management (in my department, others seem adequate). Personally having to find someone to take my shift so I can take vacations. Lack of communication. Really low pay - could make more working next door at Taco Bell.

its a beautiful building, and most residents are very nice.

Cons

toxic work place, gossip and lies run this place, regionals are garbage and lie. nothing good about this place if you are not willing to be thrown under the bus.
