Pros

My DPM and Program specialist were very supportive.

Cons

This place has gone down hill fast! They only care about growing. DSP hours are excessive. Admin jobs are unrealistic. They don't care about their staff or individuals. It's all about the money as a for profit agency. If you like being micromanaged and under appreciated this place is for you!

can typically get lots of hours due to staff turnover can move up relatively quick in the company

Cons

overworked or underworked management handling of serious situations staff reliability staff safety pertaining to clients is poor cliquey staff unsafe with clients
