Pros

My DPM and Program specialist were very supportive.

Cons

This place has gone down hill fast! They only care about growing. DSP hours are excessive. Admin jobs are unrealistic. They don't care about their staff or individuals. It's all about the money as a for profit agency. If you like being micromanaged and under appreciated this place is for you!

Pros

I enjoyed working with the consumers and the office staff.

Cons

Upper management made it difficult to have a work life balance and there was no support for the employees when incidents occurred, we were thrown to the way side and had to fend for ourselves. HR is there to protect and support the company not the employees. Penn Residential Inc is one of the worst companies I’ve ever worked for and should be investigated!!Do your due diligence before applying!!
