Wish I got more feedback on how my summer went as an intern and what I can improve on.

I learned a lot about the intricacies of how large corporations get away with disregarding employment law, which is good to know.

They're fully ignoring employment law and relying on their workers being insufficiently educated and too broke to do anything about it. Plus: inconsistent and unreliable hours and communications, extremely out-of-date training materials, essentially no performance feedback, the single most error-riddled and unprofessional contract I've ever seen in my life, and the structure of the recently invented "W2 contractor" position is blatantly designed to reap the advantages of full-time employment without having to offer benefits.
