Every department is understaffed - Senior Engineer Pepco Holdings Employee Review

Focusing interviews only on behavioral questions has resulted in a bunch of leaders that like to talk, but are terrible at executing their job. Very little training is provided. All departments are understaffed so errors/misses are happening a ton since 2023. No support is being provided and they keep wanting us to cut back on budgets. Well the errors are going to cost more than the support they could have paid for to avoid them. They care more about meeting the numbers for the shareholders than doing a good job.
