Poor working conditions - Warehouse Worker Pepsi MidAmerica Employee Review

Working in extreme heat, if you get over heated you were not aloud to take a brief break. If you did not keep your numbers up you would get penalized and force to use the worst equipment they have. Employee favoritism. They would expect you to work 16 hour days and expect you to return in the 8 hours to do it again, which meant you barely have time to drive home eat dinner shower and get a decent nights rest. Favorite employees were allowed to take 30 min breaks and 1 hour lunches while the employees they don't like only get 15 min breaks and 30 min lunches.
