Pros

Promotes from within, culture of growth (mostly), positive work culture, lower paying positions make more on average than elsewhere.

Cons

The company handles promotions based on favoritism, the higher paying positions are often gate kept for the friends of senior management, promotions are not based on merit but tenure and cronyism, there is never a transparent answer to higher level positions and their requirements for hiring. If you are content making under $20 an hour this is a great place to work but otherwise office politics force you to stay in your place.

Pros

Flexible remote work environment with supportive supervisors and helpful team members. The training was well organized and provided the tools needed to assist customers effectively. It was a good opportunity to improve communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills while working with a diverse customer base.

Cons

Some days had high call volumes, which could be stressful during peak periods. Performance metrics were closely monitored, and certain customer issues required coordination with multiple departments, which could sometimes delay resolutions.
