Pros
Great people and nice office with plants and operations teams that get it done. Used to think before working here the quality, food safety and environment measures was all bs on company web site. It's not the company believes in it. The office is near the beach and that is great. The benefits are good for industry and pay scale is fair. Nice area to raise a family.
Cons
Bit bloated too many meetings and some people can only think the "Perdue" way. Not always open to new ideas and approaches to the business.
