If you don't work in Salisbury, you don't count. No support from upper management. If something goes wrong you are scrutinized, if you need help, no one is there. Good old Boy network still in effect. Ethics are very questionable and the favorites get away with unacceptable behaviors. Absolutely NO work/life balance whatsoever.
