Pros
I can only share my experience within the Denver business unit as cultures can vary across teams where some of the negative reviews might be coming from. The team is a fun group of people that are supportive in everyone succeeding with their respective customers. Management has a truly open door policy to share how your feeling and ensure you're understood and taken care of. Compensation is good for the area and has a very flat management structure so rewards aren't based on arbitrary responsibility increases but real promotions and benefits. The work is interesting but honestly a coin flip on where you might get put within a respective customers organization. Would highly recommend, one of the best places Ive ever worked.
Cons
Diversity of opportunities is based on what companies purchase consulting services so you could potentially be on some very long term programs (3-5years) or not have a variety of options on where you might want to be working.
