Pros
Perficient gives you opportunities to train on latest technologies.
Cons
-You have to interview with clients in order to join a project. -If clients continue to reject you because you are associate level, Perficient will lay you off with no severance package. - Low pay. -The directors at this company are not the brightest business minded people in terms of figuring out ways to restructure the company to become more efficient to reduce bench time. -They will ask you to completely change your career trajectory to satisfy business needs -They will ask you to pay hundreds of dollars out of pocket to become certified in certain technologies and tell you that they will reimburse you, but they will not always fully reimburse you for the cost, (see other reviews here on glassdoor)
