Pros

Exposure to multiple technologies due to diverse projects that too (Short Term) Opportunity to work on short-term assignments, which can be beneficial for learning new skills.(Hectic for work-life balance)Most all are US customer with calls schedule during night times.

Cons

Poor management with no clear career guidance, making long-term growth uncertain. Projects are short-term, leading to frequent shifts in technologies and lack of stability. Limited growth opportunities, with yearly hikes of only 3-8% (Depends on Buttering !), which is below industry standards. No work-life balance, as employees often face tight deadlines and extended work hours. While Perficient India offers work-from-home flexibility, the office environment lacks meaningful employee engagement. The company attempts to encourage office attendance through snack offerings, but they are subpar and do not serve as a real incentive. Given that most employees prefer remote work, a more effective approach would be better workplace perks or career-growth initiatives.

Pros

Very little outside of some of the people you work with. FTO is only nice if you have a manager who lets you use it. They did allow work from home, not sure if that is still the case.

Cons

This company was run poorly by Tom Hogan before private equity bought it but the buyout accelerated their decline. If you want to be a cog in the machine, this is the place for you. The leadership is only focused on themselves. They will praise you or throw you under the bus depending on how they feel it makes them look to their bosses. The employees who don’t have a stable long term project live in fear of being let go irregardless of talent and many of their most talented are leaving because they see the writing on the wall.
