Pros

Projects are assigned within 2–3 months of joining, and there’s a healthy pipeline of upcoming work, which ensures consistent engagement. The work culture is positive, collaborative, and supportive, making it a great environment for both learning and career growth.

Cons

The salary increments over the past two years have been modest compared to industry standards, and there's room for improvement in terms of compensation growth. The work model varies across departments — while some teams follow a hybrid setup, others have mandatory work-from-home policies, which at times feels inconsistent and somewhat partial. Additionally, employee facilities and benefits are limited, especially when compared to other organizations of similar scale.

Pros

Very little outside of some of the people you work with. FTO is only nice if you have a manager who lets you use it. They did allow work from home, not sure if that is still the case.

Cons

This company was run poorly by Tom Hogan before private equity bought it but the buyout accelerated their decline. If you want to be a cog in the machine, this is the place for you. The leadership is only focused on themselves. They will praise you or throw you under the bus depending on how they feel it makes them look to their bosses. The employees who don’t have a stable long term project live in fear of being let go irregardless of talent and many of their most talented are leaving because they see the writing on the wall.
