Flexible work shifts, management active in collection process, contests held to encourage production, long lunches, Saturday and Sunday work opportunities
Cons
No raises, bonus/commission was difficult to make, bonus structures always changed to benefit company, most employees were highly immature and unprofessional, management the same, sexual harassment was profuse, HR was unprofessional and not confidential, nepotism rampant, office "romances" rampant too, employees drunk/high on job, upper management and CEO level management highly unethical, many lawsuits against company.
