Performant does offer a comprehensive benefits package, including sick time, which may be used for medical absences once the time has accrued. Regarding performance goals, it is important to understand Performant only succeeds when our performance meets or exceeds our clients’ expectations. While we develop good client relationships, they are only maintained when we perform at the highest levels. Performant operates in a very competitive environment where other companies are constantly trying to gain share at our expense. To be successful, we have created goals for production designed to achieve our clients’ goals. We recognize tenure has many benefits; however, we expect all employees (including those who are tenured) to maintain expected levels of performance. Performant is always striving to become better as a company.
