Pros
Great balance between personal and work llife. Management isnt very good at knowing how much work you're doing. Optimistic about new EVP
Cons
IT is a group of buddies that do very little, and cover for eachother. It's very disturbing how little they deliver and how long they have gotten away with it. Paying friends as contractors when they dont do work,. and covering up the hours that are charged. Have to hope that senior management will figure it out.
