Pros
Work with fun, energetic people. Develope a good relationship with coworkers. Always smellin good on the job.
Cons
Company has no marketing skills, no logic towards the promotions, always urging employees to sell everything including garbage that kills your ADS and then wonders why your numbers are weak. DM does not lead by example, the RM just sends emails. You'll be frustrating with how the company functions...because its authority figures have no education towards selling.
