Cons

Super strict kpi metrics to meet, super focused on upselling, numbers numbers numbers, management doesn’t mesh, they will not train you, you will sink or swim to survive.

Employee discounts on items are allowed. Good teamwork

They force you to sell "House" products instead of what the customer wants (Luxury or niche). It affects your numbers, and if unsatisfactory, they boot you out. No warning or second chances.
