The discount is great, they have excellent commission and bonus systems in place, they care about their employees, the buy our meals during the holidays and send us gourmet cookies every year. I moved up pretty fast. There’s always room for advancement. They even gave me a stipend towards my phone bill. My dm was always communicative and on point with everything. Thanks dale. Also their training structure is great.
