Being able to work from home, have fresh leads everyday and great ownership / management staff has been a few reasons I have made PermaSeal my career choice. The company trained me from the ground up and gave me the skills/tools to be successful in sales. I am constantly learning new skills in sales and waterproofing techniques. The company is growing every year which means a lot of people have issues and use PermaSeal. With the company being family owned I don’t feel like another number in a large company, the owners Roy and Laura Ann know everyone by name and really invest into the company employees. They have sent me hand written birthday cards which I was blown away by. I have never been at a company before where the owners are so involved and want to see everyone succeed. The company gives everyone the same opportunity to help clients who are desperate for waterproofing solutions. I have been able to help thousands of homeowners in times of need. The products I sell clients make a big difference in their lives and it is rewarding to see the positive impact we make for people.
