Pros

Ability to help people solve issues.

Cons

They do not live the values they preach. The past is exaggerated, they cherry pick leads for certain associates even though they claim not to. Even when you point out we installed the wrong product, they let go. The customer will pay in the end with that thought process.

We work really hard at making sure Perma-Seal is always and will always be the best choice when choosing a contractor to fix their home. With regards to the con's...with almost 300 employees we undertsand Perma-Seal works out for many and it may not work out for a few. We are sorry to see your time at the Seal did not end the way you wanted.
