Pros
Perma-Seal really cares about the companies culture. Without a good culture most companies will not do well. They make it a priority when interviewing new hires to make sure you will "fit" into the culture that is well established. Everyone there is willing and eager to answer any questions you have or to jump in and help when needed. The company is expanding and there is always room for growth within the workplace.
Cons
Although this is a great place to work for, some of the benefits are not that great. They do offer medical, dental, vision, 401K but there holiday and vacation benefit could be better.
