We call ourselves a tribe, and for good reason! We realize that when we work together as a family with each person doing his/her part to the best of their ability we're so much better. We treat each other as family. We make the world a better place. We do what we say we will do. We're humble and appreciative. We have company picnics, a Christmas party, summer cookouts, appreciation breakfasts, a wellness program and great insurance benefits. We won the 2011 Tribune Top Workplaces Award and lots of BBB awards for integrity and ethics in the workplace. Our owners care about people both personally and professionally.
Cons
There are no downsides to working at Perma-Seal. We can be the same way at work as we are at home. We dress casually and have wonderful people around us all day long.
