      Pros

      Learning about Perma-Seal's history directly from the owner himself (Roy Spencer). Also seeing how much Perma-Seal invests into their employees to make them feel welcome from day one. The values & culture are by far the best I have seen with a company & its employees.

      Cons

      I would like to hear more from Tribe members. I felt certain things were rushed, take the time on key points. I would also like to see more of day to day operations (installation), training or more videos of the work that is being done by the installers in the field.
