      Pros

      Very work life balance oriented. The company seeks solutions for problem resolution and does not make it personal on the employee. The company does not have unrealistic objectives.

      Cons

      Not entirely the companies fault but is going through very significant market dynamics. There are many changes taking place. One must be adaptable with change. Some jobs moving to Dublin, Ireland. Creates a bit of tension.

      Pros

      I am a contractor. The pay is decent from Perrigo and the contracting company. The benefits are okay. The work is fine too.

      Cons

      Benefits could be better. Upper management seems to have no idea what they are doing. They will say they are implementing a new program to improve transparency or something, but nothing changes. Then layoffs will occur. Lay offs seem to be yearly.
