- Ongoing ignorance of available talent pool in EU (former Omega Pharma organization) by US leadership team - Lack of IT vision to streamline legacy applications - Culture of feeding an army of hungry project managers - Leadership team is satisfied and rewarded if a project deliverable is the learning that they know now how not to do things - HR retention policy consists of suggesting to consult a career coach if you feel unhappy - Do not challenge decisions if you don’t want to be told that you show politically incorrect behaviour - Operational problems are ignored and masked by management
