This is an endless list. I'm just touching the things I find most relevant. Master-Slave heirarchy. Management is a bundle of lies. HR & Administration is corrupt. Most low level to high level employees abuse in Hindi on the floor. Discrimination on the basis of age, region and flattery. Transport deduction from salary. No OT payout for extra hours worked. CEO, EVP, is a SHAM. AVP & Directors fudge employees operational data to benefit favorite employees. No workplace or corporate ethics. Huge speakers on floor to not miss calls at odd hours but agents still miss it. Floor is like a fish market. No learning or advancement options. Their clients are loosing business and they are loosing their clients. No peace of mind.
