Pros
If you work for the Canadian process which is Telus then you can earn good money. If you want a peaceful life in that process then you'll have to spend your hard earned money on management to give them monthly parties and booze so that they can put you on the best call channels.
Cons
Worst management. Will only do good to those who brings sales in the process by any means even if the person brings sales by giving wrong information or going against compliance. People who are working correctly but has less sales will be picked up and people with wrong deeds will be saved Thank God ever since the management from the client side has changed they are picking out the defaulters and asking them to leave rather than people who work correctly.
