Pros

Everyone is treated with respect and people care about each other like a big family. Pay is fair and competitive. Low stress, but busy atmosphere. Was one of RI's Best Places to Work in 2010, 2012, and. 2014. We had a Summer Picnic at Canobie Lake Park and we were allowed to bring our families. They do all kinds of fun activities during the year.

Cons

We're growing and bringing new people in all the time, so office space is getting limited.

Great team now that the slackers are being held to policies. Nice to see the changes in leadership at the site and feel like things are going in the right direction.

Cons

Long hours during show season. The biggest issue is people who have bad work ethics that prior managers and HR ignored. Its getting better with newer managers.
