Pros

Great team now that the slackers are being held to policies. Nice to see the changes in leadership at the site and feel like things are going in the right direction.

Cons

Long hours during show season. The biggest issue is people who have bad work ethics that prior managers and HR ignored. Its getting better with newer managers.

They have great teamwork from the top down and across all the sites. They allowed you to be a thinker and doer. They truly are in it for the customer while taking care of their own teams. Everyone wins!

Cons

I wish the dynamic was a bit different when new ownership came in as I would have loved to take it to the local facility to the next chapter and beyond.

Discounts on pet food, people are awesome, decent pay.

Cons

Senior leadership cans anyone who pushes back. Corporate or HQ is so disconnected from what goes on at the DC. Long hours, managers that are belittling. Regional HR guy makes everyone uncomfortable.
