While the company culture at PFX initially presented itself as warm and familial, my experience revealed a stark contrast between this perception and the reality.

Cons

During my time at PFX, I witnessed and was subjected to concerning instances of sexualization towards female employees (especially the younger females hired). Additionally, there were reports of women being subjected to compromising situations after being drugged at company events. To make matters worse HR was aware, and protected the predators. Furthermore, the compensation offered was below industry standards, creating a financial strain on employees.

Great team now that the slackers are being held to policies. Nice to see the changes in leadership at the site and feel like things are going in the right direction.

Cons

Long hours during show season. The biggest issue is people who have bad work ethics that prior managers and HR ignored. Its getting better with newer managers.
