      Pros

      Mission is great, most of staff is great and the support given to animal welfare organizations is great. Some leaders are great.

      Cons

      Top leader is unempathetic and sharp tongued with privilege touted frequently while checking the box for diversity, equity and inclusive. Staff resign without another job or are forced out by exclusion or stress.
