This is the most toxic work environment I have ever encountered. The current President is explosive, impulsive, verbally abusive, and has created a culture of fear and manipulation. She brags about being data driven but will manipulate any data to follow her world view, and is uninterested in even hearing views other than her own, especially when it comes to DEI. The creative team is a mix of high achieving kind people who are attacked by others who have not been working for years and don’t want to “look bad”. Be prepared to have others lie about you to make you look bad, and if you bring proof they have lied to HR you will be let go. There is no accountability and there’s a mean-girl’s group in this workplace. The head of Creative also gets frequent expensive gifts from low performing employees, such as hundreds of dollars worth of wine for Christmas or birthdays, which is highly inappropriate and frankly unethical.

Top leader is unempathetic and sharp tongued with privilege touted frequently while checking the box for diversity, equity and inclusive. Staff resign without another job or are forced out by exclusion or stress.
