Pros
Managers are nice, friendly, understanding, and helpful. They work with your schedule if you need time off, can't work certain times/days, etc. Most of the employees are hard workers and will help you (esp. when you are new).
Cons
Lots of "cheap" customers. You will get some very rude people and if you work in the game room, be expected to deal with lots of little annoying children. During the most busy times (Saturdays are the worst), you will have ten people at the counter, with two to three games you have to fix, and a few things you were supposed to do earlier (but you can't get around to it because you are busy with the people at the prize redemption). Lately, there have been many scheduling changes due to the amount of hours we can have (certain percentage of profits is alloted to amount of working hours allowed per scheduling period. When the store is low on available hours, they will occasionally cut your hours if they aren't especially busy, which screws up your schedule.
