Pros
Lots of training and development offered, opportunities to grow and learn, high earning potential through success, coaching and mentoring and a great community feeling and environment where people really show up for others inside and outside of work, flexible PTO and encouragement to take time off
Cons
Definitely a place where you are expected to work hard and contribute a lot - for someone who only wants to do the bare minimum this is not a good place. Not all the policies are set in place being that it is a startup but things are being developed constantly.
